Fortemap AI is an applied AI initiative from Fortixa Innovations. It began with research on real hiring work, and AI goes only where it saves people time without taking decisions away from them.
Why we exist
Recruiters spend too much of the day on software
Watch a recruiter for a day and a pattern appears. Hours go to retyping briefs, reformatting CVs, updating statuses, chasing feedback and moving data between an ATS, a CRM and a spreadsheet. The work that fills roles, talking to candidates and clients, gets what is left.
Fortemap exists to reverse that ratio. We look for the tasks that take time and need little judgment, and build software that does them well.
The name
Why Fortemap AI
Forte means strength, the thing a person does best. Map comes from talent mapping, the core of every executive search: knowing who is out there, where they sit and when they might move.
Put together, Fortemap is about finding each person's strength and knowing where it fits. The AI stands for Assisted Intelligence: software that prepares the map, and people who make the call.

Not every team wants a new system. Search firms and TA teams with a specific use case can ask Fortixa Innovations to build automations around the tools they already use, from CV parsing into an existing ATS to client reports in their own format.
