For in-house talent acquisition
Requisitions rarely stall at sourcing. They stall waiting for a manager to review a shortlist. Fortemap gives managers a simple place to respond and gives TA leaders a live view of where each role is stuck.

Recruiters, managers and admins see only what their role allows.
A requisition in Fortemap
We mapped retained search with Gallop Research first, then checked it against in-house TA. The stages are the same. The difference is who needs to be kept in the loop.
Paste the job description. JD parsing fills the fields, and the role goes live on your careers page.
Applications are parsed and deduplicated. Past candidates who match appear in the Identification Bucket.
The hiring manager reviews in the portal. Interview reminders go out automatically, and SLA flags show when feedback is late.
Close the role. Candidates not hired stay in the pool, and the numbers update for leadership.
