Connectors
The tools your team uses, connected with care
Connectors link Fortemap to email, calendars, messaging and job boards. Fortemap Agents work through them, with the narrowest access each task needs.
How it works
Connect, scope, act
Connect
An admin signs in to the provider and grants access for the workspace. Access can be removed at any time.
Scope
You set rules for what an agent may read, such as client domains or candidates on active searches. Everything else stays closed.
Act
The agent logs, parses and drafts inside Fortemap. A person approves anything that goes out.

For enterprises
Need your own interface? Use Fortemap as the backend.
The Fortemap API gives enterprise teams the data model, matching and AI workflows behind Fortemap, so they can build their own careers site, hiring portal or internal app on top.

Questions
About connectors
Does Fortemap connect to Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. Gmail and Google Workspace, and Outlook and Microsoft 365, are available now for email and sign-in. The Comm Agent uses them with scope rules you set.
Can an agent read my whole inbox?
No. Scope rules decide which messages an agent may open, for example mail from client domains or candidates on active searches. Messages outside the rules are not read.
Is there a Slack integration?
Slack and Microsoft Teams connectors are coming soon, for alerts, digests and approval requests from agents.
Does Fortemap have an API and webhooks?
Yes. A REST API with API key authentication is included in the plan. Webhooks are available on request.
Can you connect our HRMS or job board?
Yes, as a custom integration. We scope the data flow with you, build and test it, then support it. Tell us what you use.
Need a connector that is not listed?
Tell us the tool and what you want it to do. We will reply with an approach and a timeline.
