Controller and processor
In most cases, your organisation acts as the data controller for candidate and client data entered into Fortemap, and Fortixa Innovations acts as the data processor.
Data subject rights
We provide tools to help you respond to data subject requests for access, rectification, erasure and portability for candidates and contacts in your workspace.
International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
