Fortemap Agents
Agents that prepare the work. People who decide.
Most AI agents ask for broad access and act on their own. Fortemap Agents do one job each, see only what you allow, and hand the result to a recruiter before anything leaves Fortemap.
Ground rules
How every Fortemap Agent behaves
These rules apply to every agent we ship, now and later.
Scoped access
An agent opens only what your rules allow. The rest of the inbox, calendar or board stays closed to it.
Minimum data to AI
Names become record IDs and contact details and pay are removed before a model sees anything.
Everything logged
Each read, parse and draft is written to the audit log against the right candidate or client.
Approval before action
Replies, invites and updates wait for a person. Agents never reject a candidate or send on their own.
The agents
One agent per job
Comm Agent
Reads only in-scope email in Gmail or Outlook. Logs each message to the right candidate or client, picks up attached CVs and drafts replies for approval.
Scheduling Agent
Checks candidate, client and panel calendars, proposes interview slots and prepares invites. A person confirms before invites go out.
Intake Agent
Takes in applications from job boards and careers pages, parses and deduplicates them, and places them in the right pipeline for review.
Client Update Agent
Drafts weekly search or requisition updates from pipeline activity, in your format, for the recruiter to edit and send.
Anatomy of a run
What happens when an agent picks up a task
Trigger
A new email, calendar change or application arrives through a connector.
Scope check
The agent checks it against your rules. Out-of-scope items are left unread.
Redact
Personal details are removed and only the fields the task needs are kept.
Prepare
The agent logs, parses and drafts inside Fortemap.
Approve
A recruiter reviews and approves. Only then is anything sent or changed.
Side by side

| Does it work with your email? | Usually one provider. | Gmail and Outlook today, other email through IMAP soon. |
Questions
About Fortemap Agents
What is a Fortemap Agent?
A Fortemap Agent is a task-specific AI agent inside Fortemap. It reads only what your scope rules allow, removes personal details before any AI model sees data, logs every step and waits for a person to approve anything it prepares.
How are Fortemap Agents different from autonomous AI agents?
Autonomous agents usually get broad access and act on their own. Fortemap Agents have narrow, rule-based access, send minimal data to AI models and never send, book or change anything without approval.
Which agents are available?
The Comm Agent is in beta. The Scheduling, Intake and Client Update agents are coming soon.
Do agents cost extra?
Pricing for Fortemap Agents will be published before general release. During the beta, terms are agreed with each customer, and AI steps such as CV parsing are charged pay as you go, per operation, like the rest of Fortemap.
How do I join the beta?
Contact us with your email provider and team size. We will set up the Comm Agent with you and agree the scope rules together.
