Agreement to terms
By creating a Fortemap workspace or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent. In these terms, "Fortemap" means Fortemap.
The service
Fortemap AI is a cloud recruitment platform provided by Fortixa Innovations OPC Pvt. Ltd., combining CRM, ATS, client collaboration, candidate management and automation tools for recruitment teams.
Your account and data
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload to Fortemap, including candidate and client information, and for ensuring you have the right to process that data under applicable law.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described on our Pricing page. You may cancel at any time. Prices are in USD and exclude taxes. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Fortemap, including attempting to breach security, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may export your data before cancelling your workspace.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy. Where we process data for you, our data processing agreement applies.
Limitation of liability
Fortemap is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortixa Innovations OPC Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, the place of incorporation of Fortixa Innovations OPC Pvt. Ltd., without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless the law that protects you requires otherwise.
