AI in Fortemap is pure pay as you go. Each operation is charged in real currency when it runs. There are no credit packs to buy, no bundles and no AI seat fee. Matching your own database with System Match is always free.

No. Client and hiring manager portal users are free. Seats are counted only for internal users who work in the full application, such as recruiters, admins and business development reps.

Pay as you go. You are charged per operation, in real currency, only when it runs: parsing, match-fit scoring and summary, document generation and the smart job board. Searching your own database with System Match is free, and there are no credit packs or AI seat fees.
You get full access for 7 days, with up to USD 10 of free AI usage and no card required. Subscribe within the trial and you get up to USD 30 of AI usage. If you do not subscribe, AI features pause on day 8 while the rest of the workspace stays usable, and the account becomes read-only if payment is not completed.
You can export candidates, jobs, pipeline history and client data at any time before cancelling. If you need data after cancelling, contact us and we will arrange it.
