Purpose
This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) forms part of the agreement between your organisation (the "Controller") and Fortixa Innovations (the "Processor") for the provision of Fortemap.
Scope of processing
Fortixa Innovations processes personal data on your behalf solely to provide, maintain and support the service, and in accordance with your documented instructions.
Sub-processors
We may engage sub-processors, such as cloud infrastructure, email delivery and AI model providers, to support the service, and will maintain an up-to-date list available on request.
Security measures
We implement technical and organisational measures described on our Security page, including encryption, access controls and audit logging.
Assistance and audits
We will assist you in responding to data subject requests and regulatory inquiries, and support reasonable audit requests relevant to this DPA.
